Manufacture recalls happen all the time on most types of goods. Anything man touches leaves room for mistakes. As for these Chinese tires it is the same as with US companies recalls, it is only certain lines that are affected so that not every tire carrying that brand is recalled. As for Chinese tires, well I hate doing any business with them. They are our enemy, why support their economy? And for sure they cannot be trusted to be honest. But too many of us want the lowest dollar no matter what we have to compromise to get it, look at Walmart. As for their quality you have to learn who makes good tires and who doesn't. I have yet to find a Chinese tire that will last in over the road use, but they seem to work okay on farm trucks.
