Depending on what all had to be moved and any other circumstances beyond my control I don"t believe I"d have never paid for it til it as being loaded on my truck. If the guy realy wanted to sell it and wanted the money he"d have moved it quick in that case. Since the payment is a done deal in this instance, again it would depend on knowing the whole situation, I"d have to go with one of the replys below. Sounds like a good idea taking the sheriff out and either moving the stuff for myself or DEMANDING a full refund. The way I see it unless the guy just really really want"s the tractor, and got it for a song, he"d be better off getting his money back and looking elsewhere. After having his money tied up for a year and still no tractor it"s already cost him extra so he might have not got as good of a deal as it origionally was when you come right down to it.
