I just cringe when I hear or see some guy willing to give a testicle for something. I lost a testicle to cancer. I didn't get anything for it and chemo worse than you can imagine. I'm fine now and you only need one but if I traded a testicle for something and got cancer I wouldn't have any now. I know it's just an expression but it's now a good one and it's not funny.
