Glad to see you found the problem, every one who has a trailer needs one of these.
I just battled thru a problem with a trailer brake. Had to cut all the scotch locks out (Folks should B hung no trial for even having them in their possition)
Fought a bad ground on the trailer, come to find the trailer brake was wired in the trailer plug on the back up lite side.
