We have a rule that our kids can't go to an other kids house until we meet their parents, just what to get a feel for the supervision they'd have. However, other kids are free to come here anytime, where we can supervise. I'd invite the kids over, but make sure they know what areas and things are off limits without an adult there. I would try to talk to the parents the best I could, they'll pick up some english, and there's other ways to communicate. Good luck, maybe you'll make good friends.
