The fylwheel could be on wrong. I helped a guy on a W power unit and he had his on wrong. On his there was a deeper spline that you line up to a screw in the shaft. He had the screw lined up into one of the 2 parting lines where the fylwheel clamps together and not in the special deep groove that was about another 1/4 turn away. Worth checking into on yours.
