Just read about a fatal farm accident. A 63 year old man was backing a tobacco wagon into a barn. The back wheels of the tractor fell through the floor to the basement below. The front end of the tractor was still on the foundation. Wagon came down on top of him. I know in PA its pretty common for the beams that sit on the foundation to rot off at the ends making the floor "spongy" and not structurally sound... Check your beams we dont need any more loses.
