I had Dr Lauria on my radio while working in my shop. She comes after Rush. This mother calles Dr lauria and said her child wants to go on a field trip with her class to live on a farm for five days. She told the mother not to let her daughter go to the farm, she will not learn a thing on a farm, and should stay in the class room those 5 days.I felt like throwing the radio out the door, but I would just have to find another. Those five days on that farm will leave a lasting impression the the young girl she will never forget. She might even witness the birth and death as it happens on a farm. I know 5 days is not a long time, but some city kid will have a better understanding about farming. This is a provate school. Stan
