It varies here. Some at 100. Some at 300. The Cat at 250 or once a year. Trucks get run well over their mileage recomendation.... If the operators manual said a 400 hour interval, that's roughly what I'd follow unless it was at 350 and needing oil. Then I'd change it rather than top it off. I've got one that burns a gallon every hundred hours. It gets topped off and changed at 300 hours. So, I don't have any set schedule. Haven't had any lube failures yet either.
