I would stay away from the Deeres. Just generally a lot of problems, particularly in hydraulic lines.
I"ve always been fond of Case skidders but I think New holland owns these now. New hollands are nice, bottom line.
Bobcats are still good, i"ve ran an SL220 which has all those rollbar things and fold down "amusement park ride" protection bar. You have to hit the switch in order to turn the hydro on. I loved the A/C and the heat and the wiper with washer fluid. I HATED, absolutely HATED dumping in a truck- I just never seemed to get close enough. Often the material would dump right on the windsheild going up a tiny grade. The SL220 had the high flow hyd. button, and if you ask me, that is WAY too much flow. It is good enough with the standard hydraulic flow, and if you"re not careful with the levers and foot pedals, you will get to bouncing around and jerking. (it"s very funny by the way, I can get a good laugh out of that uncontrollable jerking)
I think you"ll find the Bobcat to be good enough, but you can"t beat the vertical traveling loader of the new holland.
