don't try to pull it, because if you do and it has stuck valves, cam, crank, what ever and you try to pull it, you cna break a lot of stuff. My uncle had an M back in the 50's that got water down the muffler and froze up, he had a picker on it, hooked another tractor to it, pulled it, dumped the clutch, broke the whole bottom of block out, so pullign is not a good idea unless you want it permantly freed up. You do need to understand the word patience. It took 2 years to lock up, it is not going to free up in a day or two. I had an H frozen, put tranny fluid in it and a month later I drove the pistons out of it.
