Its too bad that he fired the first shot as a warning. This caused him to get charged. He should have made the first shot count, while the thief was on his property. If I was on that jury, I could guarantee a deadlock, or not-guilty. The thief got what hes deserved. Its time for people to stand up for their property. Tom
