If you Changed the wheel base a bunch the L&R Steering arms and possibly a tie rod change would be needed to correct the Ackerman angle for your steering. The Parts are Reasonable if I remember right. Then reset your Toe in.
Front to rear axle ailgnment is real crucial too if you change Wheelbase.
The Tractor protection takes a little research to do by scratch...If you can purchase a upgrade kit if OEM has one available..Would be easier. Otherwise getting a diagram of Both air systems would be necessary to get the plumbing and components correct.
Be ready for a parts man to challenge your request for steering arms. That information would be coded in lineset information. I had a Experienced Ford Parts man call me crazy! Next day he came out and said I was right there was 3 different Steering arms available and a different tie rod. depending on wheelbase of the truck. The information listed a part#'s for Example: (Sample only) xxxxxxxx 140"-170" wheelbase XXXXXXXX 170"-210" wheelbase XXXXXXXX 210"-255" Wheelbase
