Lay them out on the ground and back over them. Hook 'em up tight, and take up any slack that does develop later. You should hook them up so that as the tire rotates forward, you pull into the latch, not out of it. Whithout looking at your latch, it's hard for me to tell you which way that is, but you should be able to fiugre that out.
