I guess I have been lucky so far I have bought aand sold a lot of stuff on E-bay and so far have never been stung. Well i did buy an antenna that was supposed to help my cell phone work in the house so far I still trying to figure out what he meant by two bars of improvement. I would try to get in touch with the local police a visit from them may just rattle his cage enough to make drop a few bucks in the mail.
