I don't know if you Allis has any old rubber fuel lines, but those rubber lines collapse inside and pinch off the supply when they get old. If you allow the tractor to sit for awhile, some fuel still gets through the line, so you can start it up, and it'll run until it burns that fuel up and then it can't get any more. Yep, been through that before, and my tractor had mostly metal fuel lines, but it had short pieces of rubber lines around the fuel filters, and 1 of them caused the problem. Hope this helps,
