I don't have the patience to type out ALL the details tonight, but do some 'net research on "Roosa Master failed governor ring coffee grounds".
(When the plastic governor damper ring in the Roosa Master (Stanadyne) injection pump fails, it breaks down into what looks like black "coffee grounds", and plugs the imjection pump's fuel return fitting/housiing pressure regulating valve, which results in the engine shutting down just a few seconds after startup... a COMMON problem.)
