They often go about 10 cents a bu down around here. 3000 - 3500 bu bin. $100 or less for rusty or damaged like his was, & $400 for a good looking one that 2 neighbors want.
I'd pour a foundation & bolt it to the foundation. I hear you can bolt together a bottom ring, add a little extra sheet, & use that for the form. No experience. Should have some tho.....
