To put the glass in, Install the glass into the gasket, then put a thin nylon cord (1/8th inch) into the gasket groove on the outside, one and a half times around the gasket, Spray on silicone spray, have someone hold it up to the hole and use the cord to pull the flange of the gasket over the metal.
