Here in western KY there is going to be more dumped. Hay is very short. (Round bales of cornstalks are selling for $30) Alot of people are like me and sold a few calves early and culled all that realy needed cull"n in July. Now we have all the hay we are going to get and have been stretch"n hot barb wire round corn fields, bean feilds, woods, thickets, anything they can eat around on. The way I have it figured I should have enough hay if I start feeding around the 15th of December. For every 3 days before then I start I will have to sell a cow. Going to be alot less cow around here come May.
