Don't know what RV antifreeze is, but I use regular ole Ethylene Glycol antifreeze in all my tractor tires. However, I live in Central Texas, where a 50/50 mix is overkill to keep it from freezing. If you have to use much of the stuff, cost will be a problem. Also, if there is any danger of tire puncture, all your cats and dogs would be in danger of poisoning. They love antifreeze and it kills them.
