He says the line to the loader heats up right away, so that's where the leak is... they MAY have an open-center valve on the loader, dump[ing high pressure oil at all times, or the valve may be defective.
If the loader is NOT being operated, there should be NO oil flow TO or FROM the loader valve, and NO heating of that line.
