My vote goes to the metal building. I have owned a variety of types and no other design can give you as many total benefits. Determine what you want and get several quotes. Once you get the quotes get the weight from each vendor. Compare the price per Sq. Ft. and the weight(big variable among suppliers). Go back to the higher quoted sources and ask them why their quote is higher than the lowest quote and ask if they can compete. Most likely they will drop their price. If they drop lower than your lowest quote go back to that source and ask the same question of them. In the end you will get a quality (heavy) building at a competitive price. This type of building is nearly maintenance free, afford a lot of clear span and useable space, versitile and affordable. Get the largest building you can afford and only pour concrete in a portion of it if the budget is tight. Good luck.
