I have a '37 JD B on a T-shaped dolly that I made out of some old cultivator frame- the 5x7 inch rectangular tubing used on rear-mount cultivators. Since it is on a concrete floor, the wheels are steel, maybe 6 inch dia. You could do the same with rubber tires, fixed on each end of the T, with a swivel on the long end. The supports on the T are fixed in height, to catch the rear axle, the one on the front is hinged, so I can slide it in from the rear with the front support laying flat to get past the differential, then raises up to catch the belly of the tractor frame.
