No idea if this applies in your case or not but.....I have a Ford County that for years would pressure extend remote cylinders but they had to drop by gravity. I thought it was made that way. One day I required down pressure for something so I looked a little closer and discovered a knob on the hydraulic valve that threaded in and out. Out allowed for a "float" position or one way hydraulics. In gave me pressure both ways. Gotta love those cheap and easy improvements.
