Tim, of course Icannot see it but they are a MUCH more solid mower tractor than can be bought for any kind of reasonable money. I do have one and like it a lot. easy enough to work on and parts are not a problem for a 1974 unit. only other wear issue is the linkage just before the hydro unit. the slot and damper springs wear but are repairable without much trouble. ihcubcadet.com is a great help with forums/parts and manuals.
