well i have a new respect for ins co.[[well one anyway]] years ago every time we had a claim it was a dog fight to get things settled. but in April the wife totaled the car and i figured that the fight was on man was i wrong. i got on the net and checked what the car was worth so i new what i should be getting. the accident happened at 5pm called at 5:30pm at 5:45 claims adjuster called she said she would be out at 9:00am she did at 10:30am had settlement check in hand and it was for way more then i thought it should be. just got the renewal and rates did not go up. found out one more thing don't use them ins. agents they get rich off you. i go direct on the net and love it. i check every 6 months for better rates but can't find any
