I want to know about your fuel. Could there be fuel filters that need to be changed or drained of water? It sounds like you have enough cranking amps to start it. If you have a turbo problem, I would think it would be at high RPM's and when under Load rather than at start up. I got surprised with a tractor last week. I had put new fuel filters on it about three weeks ago and the tractor didn't really start like it should. I opened the drains on the bottom of the filters and I couldn't believe how much water came out and sediment . I was sure that I had drained all the dirt and water when i changed the filters..obviously not.I think if you can get it running you will know if the turbo is working as soon as you take it for a spin..good luck
