If it is a computer calling at first. You pick up phone and hit the pound key about 6 or 7 times. This confusses the computer and leaves them no info on when you are home.
The computer calls are done auto and this tells them and other companys when someone is home are not.
If you don't answer and just hang up. This tells their computer a time factor for you being home to take call. Hopes this helps.
Now even if your on a no - call list for you state. The telephone company has some kind of right to call you. Stinks but way it is.
