That sounds like load monitor response... Try moving the system selector lever forward. Load monitor is to the rear, position is in the center and draft (top link sensing) is fully forward. As mentioned, the linkage could be out of adjustment, bad cab mounts, etc.... If it was me I would check that. There is a field adjustment for the load monitor that I can be done by removing the lower fuel tank and going in through the access cover. It's just a fork adjustment on the load monitor. That said... if the system selector lever is truly in 'position' control, the system will be fully isolated from the load monitor. I avoid the load monitor for the very reasons you're describing. Every torque impulse in the driveline sends the arms up and down. Rather annoying to say the least...
