1st pix is Case SC eagle hitch draft arms parts view. 2nd pix is Case 311B with eagle hitch, draft arms are very similar to SC. 3rd pix is Case VAC with eagle hitch. 4th pix is VAC draft arm claw.
All eagle hitch draft arms have a similar "claw" w/latch & lock to capture the implement pin. As you back up, the implement pin catches and pushes the latch open, then you raise the draft arms enough to bottom the pin in the claw, pull tractor forward slightly, latch drops and pin is captured in the claw.
Your draft arms are swinging 3. type. You indicate that they slide apart so would have to capture the implement pins by sliding the arm ends together over the pins and have a means of locking them. Looks homemade to me.
