You know? You may have a point there. There were dual points in vettes, and plenty of after market dual point distributers that made it into chevys before electronic ignition came to be. Mallory was one such dual point distributer manufacturer, but don't remember about Accell. Never know. Back then, manufacturers did have some odd balls that I for one would scoff at, and then along comes a huge V12 and I'm standing there scratching my head saying, "Man, that thing most definately is one huge V12".
Now's the time really need one of those old reliable counter top AC or Delco shop manuals...before everything went to CD or mainframe computer. They had eveything in them including cross referencing. Should never throw old manuals out, but I'm guilty of...
