Had a field rat sneaking into a tool shed looking for feed that was in another shed this past summer that vented several of my fuel cans. Chewed the heck out of the filler spouts and vented the heck out of them, tore all of the bags of charcol up, quarts of oil, everything. That guy really made a mess over time. I don't care about the plastic ones, but that son of a gun got the rubber hose and plastic fillers on about 5 of the good old thick steel 5 gallon cans too. You can't find fillers for them anymore. Now going to have to start looking for flea markets and see what I can scrounge up. You'd have thought the gas or diesel fumes or drinking oil would've kicked his butt, but didn't. At least get him stoned out of his gourd and pass out, but didn't do that either. I fianlly saw him making his way towards the shed and a .22 got him. He got vented real good.
