Only the manual transmissions are made by Mazda for both the Ranger and F-150. The new F-150 will not have a manual available as of 2009, and it is hard to find a manual Ranger anymore, emissions is killing them off. Even then Ford owns 30% of Mazda, so it is kinda hard to say they are all forgein. The Mazda B-series pickups from 1994+ are Rangers with a different front clip, better warentee and a cheaper price tag, aside from that they are identical.
Craftsman tools are still made in the US, they usually have that stated in a fairly obvious place on the tool and packaging.
