I would not unload a lawn mower for less than $50.00 hour and that is a $10,000 mower, With fuel at $3.50 a gallon, and a tractor burning 2-3 gallon per hour, plus depreciation of tractor and mower and your time I would get between $75.00-$100.00 an hour or I would not do it. Before you can set a price, you need to know what it costs to own equipment, what it costs to run it, including fuel, maintenance, upkeep, man hours, depreciation, etc. Then you have your cost to do it, then add 20% for profit, and there is your price to do the job.
