I have this posted over on the IH board but thought not everyone might see it over there. Had my harness burn up on a International 284 gas tractor. I got a new harness (not cheap) and installed it-but I now find that the switch melted as well (back of the switch is just enough so i cant make out the letters)--Dealer wants over 100 for the switch!!! Its a simple 6 wire switch with a pigtail--would anyone have info on what the individual wires are for??? Seems I should be able to wire a universal switch for slightly less than that? I"ve got an ad post in the wanted sections as well-thank in advance
