Xmas when you were a kid?

Merry Xmas to everyone, just curious as to when we were all kids as to what your favorite gift we recieved was ? When I was just 5 or 6 (47 years ago) I used to read the catalogue for hours and wish for the Farm Set that was there.I finally got a Farm set when I was about 8. Course them days we used the catologue for other purposes. I now re-live Christmas times as I watch my grandaughter aged 5 get so excited about Santa. Kids and grand kids really do restore the meaning when you get older. Merry Christmas to all. Stan
