I have a 04 Foreman 450 MS 4X4. It has about that many hours on it. I have not maintained it "well". I am going to say from this one and others like it I know of 3000 miles is not realy broke in good. That Foreman is a great machine. I like the 450's better than the newer 500's. If you can read the artical that came out yeaterday in the Sucseful Farmer magazine, they "farm tested" several new ATVs. The 500 foreman came in in the top two in ALL the catagories they ranked them in. If you can get it at a fair price I do not think you will be unhappy with it. Ad far as equating that to car miles I would say, 50-75,000. figure it worth 2/3 cost of a new one. Dave
