I had that problem until last year. My wife works for Dick's Sporting Goods and she brought home a pair of Rocky Timberwolf boots for me. Something like 800g of Thinsulate, Gortex, and 1yr warrenty. They aren't as good as a heated floor, but for the first time ever I don't have cold toes. They also cost around $100... but in my mind you get what you pay for.
