I assume that's because the IP's used here are dynamically allocated (DHCP). If they become stagnent or dorment long enough...reassigned. Or perhaps the server used here does it as a matter of routine maintenance as DHCP servers often are setup to do. I clean my cookies regularly as a matter of maintenance so don't keep getting ads from Sears, Home Depot, or whoever that hits on them and then slams with ads for their products because I'm assumed to be a fan instead of an occasional looker...and that'll often get me a newly assigned IP address.
