We"ve tried to do a will several times, but just end up arguing. We"ve got no sons, just 1 daughter who"s married to an idiot who"s "too dumb to change his own oil". 2 grandsons are worthless zombies who only know how to watch videos and whine. It"s all about tools and guns. I"ve many long guns,(no pistols)and thousands of dollars of Snap-on tools, as a retired locomotive mechanic. Son-in-law would pawn everything and buy status symbels until broke. I"ve 2 nephews who are mechanics and hunters, but wife hates em, wants everything willed to daughter. Guess i"m going to slowly slip stuff to nephews while i"m alive. when I pass, with no will, she"ll find empty toolboxes in the shop. Trouble is--I need those tools everyday now, can"t stand to part with them. The seldom used ones, now, are the ones needed on the next project!
