I think you have the wrong firing order. You should have 1-2-4-3. Hal PS: You need to see which way the rotor rotates you probably need to bring No1 piston near the radiator to TDC on the compression stroke. Then see where the rotor is pointing. It should be at your No1 plug wire on the cap. Run some 320 wet or dry through the points too.
