yours prob. was drilling by the foot mine was set price with guaranteed water. he came drilled then I had to wait a week before he had the bill ready.The price was what he told me and he put a filter canister on that wasn't agreed on in the beginning at no extra charge. He came highly recommended in my area owns just one company does alot of the work with his guys. The other well companies are all owned by the same people using different names in each county. when I talked to the inspector he seemed to be happy with my choice of driller and said if Randy told you the location of the well is good it will be I just have to come look and document its location.
