Or do you mean Linn? Linn made a line of heavy duty half-track trucks. I saw one hauling dirt at the Historical Construction Equipment Show in western Pennsylvania this summer. It was Cummins powered and was supposed to have been the last one built in 1952. The Linn Company was in Morris, N.Y., and started building their heavy half-track trucks about 1920. Many were used in logging and construction and they were designed to pull heavy drawbar loads, although they were first and foremost a truck.
