I do not lend or borrow.Ive had several offers to use freinds logsplitters.I rent one every year so if anything happens nobodys mad.If I need a power tool I go buy it[I go to alot of garage sales].I dont steal tools from work.Its just human nature to not return things.Since anyone can sue for anything yes I think you would be in the lawsuit along with the mower makers.
