You don't "change" it in the old sense of the word. You take it to the dealer/service shop and have them FLUSH it on a machine that pumps the fluid through filters until it's clean useing the fittings on the side of the trans. Even on the old style with removable pan and filter you are better off doing it this way. Cost $100-$125 and do it at abt. 70,000 and forget it. It's better and more thorough than any service you can do at home. Most are guaranteed to 70 or 100,000 miles now. What's that tell ya? The old "bullet-proof" TH 350-400 , C6 and Torqueflite's sometimes wouldn't make it that far!
