You betcha. I'm in need of a small used tractor, but more and more of my disposable income goes into the gas tanks of our cars to get back and forth to work. Also, the price of gas/diesel affects the price of everything we buy that must be transported, so that compounds the situation, i.e. price on groceries is going up, leaving less money for "extras", like tractors. Once I have the tractor, I don't think even 50 cents one way or the other will affect how I use it, since it would only be used on weekends for a few hours a day.
So, I think it is safe to say that the price of fuel is affecting the sale of lots of stuff, not just tractors. The recession we are in is making many of us reconsider our purchases to wait for more secure times.
