Marketed to help with drawbar holes, bushings, etc. The metal that is used in hte tool is supposed to not melt, and then you just tap it out of the hole when you are done, leaving a perfect circle that all you have to do is grind however you need it.
Anybody know the name of these things? I can't find the old magazine.
