I use whatever is the cheapest that meets the SAE ratings I need. Lately I have been buying the oil at Walmart. I highly doubt that with todays modern engines that the type of oil matters. If your engine is going to blow up because you change oils then you must have a problem with the engine. I would think it is real hard to prove the oil manufacturers claims on most of these specialty oils or else all of the thousands of scientist and engineers at the auto companies must be stupid.
