Looks nice from what I am seeing. However having chickens a long time myself. You need to go out and cut a tree about 2 inches round and what ever the length is across front of next. The chickens will then jump a small height to check out the nest and lay in them. Might need two limbs in front of them. One out from the other. Another susjestion is to drop some feed inside for a bit to get the chickens use to going in and kind of hanging out at times. Gets them real use to the building and nest location.
